The mission of the Silk City Sharks Organization is to utilize Minor League Football participation to attract, retain and mold young men to become, not just better athletes but better citizens of our communities.

 

The Silk City Sharks organization will foster a safe, educational and supportive environment for our adult athletes.

 

We will positively represent ourselves and give back to the City of Paterson and its surrounding communities with volunteerism, mentoring and promote low cost, high value athletic entertainment.

 

Every athlete in our program will be treated with respect and dignity and is expected to reciprocate those attributes as we strive to reach our full individual and collective potentials.

 

We will honor the great game of football with hard, fair respectful play, exhibiting class to our opponents and to the officiating crews.

 

The Silk City Sharks Organization wishes to be an integral part of the resurgence, restoration and immerging prominence of the City of Paterson.
